Christmastime Is Here...

Hello, All! I am sure you have all been wondering where in the world I have gone. It's been quite some time since I sent my last newsletter. I know it may be hard to believe, folks, but I have not had much going on lately.

However, I did forget to mention that I was in Ragtime at Belmont University a couple of weeks ago. Let me tell you, that was a most FABULOUS experience. Many of you know that I suffered some MAJOR vocal troubles from my Cirque gig, but I am happy to say that the voce is FINALLY back and in FULL FORCE! WOOHOO! I was just a bit scared, let me tell ya. I wasn't sure if it was truly going to come back since it's been over a year now since that all happened. Thank you, LORD! Check out my facebook for some videos of the performance:

Of course, that means you will have to be friends with me on facebook to view them. Don't you hate how they get you sucked into all this technology:( Blast! There's no way around it!

Also, on December 1, a little group of girls that were once a showchoir turned ensemble performed their Christmas show on December 2. For those of you who have seen what I have done with children before, it will come as no surprise that I pushed them vocally past their comfort zones and they came out shining like stars in the end;) Hee hee:) I never take "I don't think I can" as an excuse from any student I am teaching and in the end, they realize they can do that and much more! Hopefully soon, I will have some video to put up here so you can all get the same goose pimples I got when they hit the last chord of their A Capella number.

Well, now that I have been writing for some time, I see there is much more going on in my life than I realized. Guess I am not as boring as I was beginning to think.

Some of you may have realized that this newsletter is coming to you in a different format. This is because I have turned the newsletter into a blog to make it easier for me to reach all of you. If you would not like to receive my most fantastic updates any longer, please use the unsubscribe link included in the email. I do hate to see you go. For those of you keeping up with me...THANKS BUNCHES! And if you know any others who would be interested, please do forward the newsletter onto them and ask them to subscribe.

Until Next time!

Ella Glasgow
